Hotel Insula - Neptun

This place blew my mind! The apartment was unbelievably huge with jaw-dropping views of the lake and sea. The sunrise from our room was mind-blowing! The breakfast included was super delicious and the on-site restaurant had great food. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The location was simply amazing, with beautiful surroundings and a short walk to the beach and main strip. an absolute dream of a stay!

The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with the beach just a short walk away and lots of cool bars and clubs nearby. Plus, the hotel had a children's playground, so our little sibling had a blast too!

The only thing we would ask for is more late-night entertainment options for us young party-goers. It would have been awesome if the hotel had a dedicated nightclub or organized some fun events for young people.

Located right on the lake with beautifully groomed plants and away from the chaos of the sea, this hotel is close to the lake and the main street. the room is very spacious with a large balcony overlooking the lake and sea. the restaurant offers diverse breakfasts.

The room lacks basic facilities like mirrors, and the bathroom is poorly lit.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say that the experience was fantastic. The location on the lake in a nice area was absolutely breathtaking. I loved waking up to the incredible view of the sunrise right from my bed. The surrounding plants and greenery added a touch of romance to the private balconies. The room amenities, including air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, provided enhanced comfort and convenience. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The service, including room service, was prompt and efficient. This place truly knows how to provide top-notch service.

The location on the lake is fine, with the surrounding plants carefully groomed. The hotel facilities are great, with spacious rooms and a very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast included in the price of the room was also very good. Plus, the hotel is perfectly situated close to both the sea and the lake, making it very easy to enjoy both.

Our romantic escape was truly perfect! We loved the spacious and clean rooms with their big screen TVs. the breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the variety of meats, cheeses, and pastries. the location was also great. We were able to enjoy the wonderful views of the lake and the sea from our terrace. the fact that we had free parking was a huge plus.

The bathroom faucets seemed outdated and could use an upgrade. the internet connection was not very good, which was a bit frustrating.

Great Xmas in a hotel with nice views of a lovely lake. Location was superb right next to the beach, which was perfect for a morning walk. Room was comfy, spacious and had a nice balcony where I could have a cup of tea and enjoy the sunrise. Staff was friendly and professional.

Although the hotel had some good aspects, room service could have been better as it was only done every two days. , TV channels were very limited, and WiFi was not consistent in some areas.

Located by the Neptun lake, with waterlilies. Staff is good. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are clean. Discount for dinner at Insula restaurant.
